On a recent trip to London, I went to check out the The £2.5 million Star Wars Universe at Madame Tussauds as well a new Marvel Comics exhibition.
There were over 180 sculptors, , set designers, prop makers hair artists and colourists who took more than a year to recreate 11 famous Star Wars scenes, The impressive, immersive experience beings some of the film’s most memorable moments to life and features 16 extremely life-like wax figures in 11 different walk-in sets. One of the most amazing wax models is Chewbacca. His hair (real yak hair) has been sewn in place by hand strand-by-strand, a process that took over 1,000 hours, and the result is just stunning
Some of Marvel’s best loved Super Heroes have been brought to life in the new Marvel Super Heroes 4D Experience and was a multi-level experience with wax likenesses of The Hulk, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain America and Thor
Your experience starts by entering in a room full of your favorite super hero wax figures. Meet and take pictures with Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, and the leader of S.H.I.E.L.D himself, Nick Fury. The climax of the experience is an animated 4D cinema attraction, complete with high impact special effects including water, wind, and tremors, making you ‘feel’ like you’re part of the action!
The story unites an all-star team of Super Heroes including Hulk, Spider-Man, Captain America, Thor and Iron Man in a battle against one of Marvel’s most notorious villains in an action packed adventure set in Las Vegas!
